Standby not working

So I've been experimenting for the past couple months. When I pay for the subscription everything works fine and great the moment I stop paying standby doesn't work activity zones are broken the time stamp on the cameras are way off. The main issue I want to fix is to stop getting notifications while on standby does anyone have a fix or should I just warranty out the system at Best buy and go with a different brand. I want a system I can pay for when I go on vacation but have on standby when I'm not.

  1. What cameras do you have?
  2. Did you modify the default Standby mode?  It should not notify you, or make any recordings.
  3. Can you give more information on the timestamps?   I haven't seen other posts suggesting there was a subscription-related bug there.

 

Activity zones when on battery power require a subscription.
