Stand Alone Security Camera

I have a rented storage unit where I keep company owned tools.  I have a team of handymen that work with me.  They all have access to this storage unit.  I want to install a camera to monitor the activity.  I only have power available in the unit, no wifi.  I do not want to use a cellular connected camera either.  I'm looking for a camera that can be plugged in, is motion activated and stores captured video footage on the device itself.

Arlo cameras require internet access either via wifi or a base station connected to the internet. Some cameras can use cellular for internet data connection.
