I have an ongoing problem with an individual coming into my home, even though I have armed the camera's.  I am at a loss as to how he is

able to do this and no one has been able to come to my aid.  I found a box for an Arlo camera in my home, but the camera was removed.  Could

he be using this to get in.  He would have the base station ID number and Model number because he has entered my home when I am not here.

I have the Arlo app on my 'phone.  Could he be using geofencing to get in.  I don'tunderstand the whole concept of geofencing.  I obviously

need some help with this,, because this individual is scary to me.  He is also able to bypass mym alarm system.  Any help youj can give mem

would be appreciated.

A person would not be able to gain access to your account from the base serial number.

What I recommend , as with these cases , is to change you account password RIGHT AWAY.... that would stop anyone if they had it

here's how to do it;
