I am not finding support for any solar panel chargers. That product is not listed.  I have two for two cameras, one is working and the other quit.  I bought it in February at Best Buy.  Too late to return it there.  Trying to get some help to get it replaced.  None of the labels for this post match getting a replacement for a defective product.  Anyone have a link?

Use the app to go to Settings, Support to contact official support to request an RMA.

No.  The person assisting me put me hold at every question.  Clearly wasn’t trained or had any idea of how things work.  Most frustrating experience of my life.  Still don’t have an RMA.  Probably will buy a different solar panel charger.  The support couldn’t be any worse if I need it.

Can you dm me a good callback number as well as a good time to call?
