Smart Notifications Blank

I’m sure a lot of people are having issues with Arlos “Smart Noticifications”.

I called customer service three days ago after I ran into an issue with the Smart Notifications (which worked great for a few weeks) suddenly stopped recognizing people or vehicles only and began sending me all motion notifications again.

After explaining this to customer support they instructored me to cancel my subscription and then re new my subscription.

I did that and it worked for 2 days before I started receiving normal motion detections again yesterday.

Now the “Smart Notification” page in my app and on desktop will not load.

Please fix this Arlo it is driving me nuts!! I’m about the cancel this subscription for good until you can figure this out. I’m currently paying for nothing!
