Slow video retrieval

I am curious as to whether anyone is experiencing very slow video retrieval of the history files.

Earlier today, the video thumbnails came up black. When you tried to play them, the videos would not play - they just sat there at second zero (0). I suspect that Arlo central's website is having some sort of performance issue. The situation has improved a little in the last 30 minutes. By the way - I did reboot both my cable router and the VMB4000 Arlo server. No improvement. Other internet retrievals seem fine and we have pretty high bandwidth.

It has been working fine here as normal on IOS and web portal.
