How do I add the Arlo net gear to my network system. Also I can not register my product as it says it is already registsered with a service provider??

Need a little more info as to what system and what messages you see.  It sounds like you're getting started but that the base has been previously registed (used/returned system?).  If that's the case, you'll need to contact support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here to make it work.
