Settings for video just spool on all cameras

Moved to new location and setup on new wifi. Now I have two issues. First, setting up custom recordings and the wrong camera starts recording. The one requested to monitor motion and record turns on(I see the night vision come on) but does not record! Second, cannot change the “video” or “activity zone” settings. All cameras just spool forever….

WHat cameras? Is a base or hub involved or are the cameras connecting direct to your WiFi? 

 

The wrong camera recording sounds like the cameras have switched locations. Of course, check the rule for the camera to verify that you picked the right one. If so, then it has to be due to the camera being switched. Did you remove all cameras and are starting fresh or just putting them in new locations at the new address?

 

The second issue could be due to signal strength/quality issues - try bringing one closer to your base/hub/router for testing. It's possible that a removal of all devices and starting fresh is needed to eliminate weirdnesses.
