Setting various rules for all cameras

I have had Arlo for a few months now and would like to create a custom rule.

I would like ALL cameras to adhere to the below rules automatically:

1. Househelp is at home - Disarm all cameras from 6.30am - 6pm on weekdays

2. Night Mode - Arm all cameras from 11pm - 6.30am everyday

3. Geofence Mode - Use phones geofencing from 6pm - 11pm on weekdays

4. Weekend Mode - Use phones geofencing from 6.30am - 11pm on the weekend only.

I may be asking too much but is it possible to set up such a rule?

Not in the way you're suggesting. Geofencing simply is a way to switch between modes/rules depending on whether you're home or away, much as the schedule does (which is based on times, not locations).
