Set up - Arlo wont recognize base

Kia ora - hi - can someone please give advice on setting up my new Arlo.
I had it working - then i deleted the connection i had with the base from my phone - now my phone won't recognise the router and Arlo 😞

What LEDs are lit on the base and what color are they? Exactly what did you delete - the base from the Arlo app or your WiFi connection to your router?

hi
-i have the app on my phone
- Ethernet cable from Base to the home router
- i haven't connected to Base via phone
- Lights are all green

All LEDs being green means the system is already configured. If you need to, remove all devices from Settings, My Devices, hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber and let the base reboot until only the power and Internet LEDs are on and green. Set the system up normally, starting with claiming the base.

great - will try
I did try to reboot and it still didn't connect
however i didn't do anything in the settings

-i restarted my router
and the base didn't recognise my phone
