Serial number: 4WA16C7LFA97E - no motion detection

Hi

I have 2 Arlo cameras. Unfortunately motion detection is not working on one of them (Serial number: 4WA16C7LFA97E). I am able to watch live video and the LED lamp flashes during motion dectection test. 

As you can see in the attached photo there is also full battery on the camera. But the motion detection is greyscale and not full black. Can you help?

This indicates a problem with your Rule in whatever Mode you're recording in. Check your rule for that camera in the mode(s) you're using
