Sensitivity set to 1%, flag triggers 20 times an hour

Does not matter if the sensitivity is 1% or 80%. In a mild breeze our flag sets off the camera constantly, sometimes as many as 6 alerts a minute- which is funny becase the camera is set to record for 20 seconds...

 

Perhaps related, the camera sensitivity resets itself to the default (80%) after about 24 hours. Can't figure that one out.
