I have set the rule to record motion on each of my cameras. However, the sensitivity button and the recording time button will not move. Have followed instructions carefully. Even deleted rule and started over...still no change. Any suggestions?

Was in browser when I experienced issue. Took your advice and went to app and it works fine. Thanks.

App or browser? I'd try logging out and back in followed but rebooting. Try the other method, too.

Try the browser again.  It should work the same way.  If not, the usual suspects are the specific browser and/or Flash.  Make sure you're running the latest versions and are using Chrome, Firefox, Safari (Mac) or IE (Windows).  Try multiple browsers to see if one works while others don't.
