Second camera keeps going green and asking to click live to see your new camera ?

Try disconnecting the camera from the system by going into Settings -> Devices -> [Specific Camera] and press the "Remove Camera" button. Take the batteries out for a few hours, then resynch the camera with the base station. See if that helps.

 

Video clip counters have been disabled recently by the developers to help in troubleshooting a major issue.

Just added fifth camera and having same problem with it, all others are fine. Have reset base numerous times to no avail. But it is recording. Having the same count issue as everyone else, also.

I looked through all the questions and someone earlier had suggested taking the batteries out and then resyncing with the base.....this worked immediately! Also there is no need to leave the batteries out for a few hours. Cheers Andrew
