Over the past two days, I've set the camera so that it will be on/records from 2am-5:30am. When I wake up in the morning, nothing was recorded. Please help.

Are these inside cams or outside ? Is there motion during those times you set it for?
The cameras are not full record during the scheduled times, they are activated during the schedule time to detect motion and record if there is any....
if they for example are inside and there is no motion, you will have no recordings.
Please give a little more info and soemone should be able to asist to solve your problem.

The camera is placed outside my front door. I've set the sensitivity to 44%. I switched the "schedule" mode to "all motion on" just to see if it records anything. Turns out, I got recordings and notifications when the mode is set to "all motion on."

Hi hellopatricia,
When you used the "all motion on", was this also tested during the period of 2am-5:30am? Please try setting a higher motion sensitivity during those hours depending on ambient light.
Hope to hear back from you!

Agree with above, the default is 80%, most of my cameras run at 85 to 95% sensitivity

nhann,
The "all motion on" was tested around 10am. I think the other night I had no problem with a low sensitivity setting detection during the wee hours. Just don't know why it doesn't work now.

Thanks for writing back!
It is recommended to first start with a high motion sensitivity and adjust it lower if you are receiving too many notifications of unwanted motion. Please try a higher motion sensitivity for your scheduled time. It may be that your initial recordings during that time were triggered by much closer objects than your test runs.
I've linked an article detailing more about motion detection: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Arlo-Knowledge-Base/How-does-Arlo-s-motion-detection-sensitivity-wo...
