Scam Billing-I just received a bill for $26.31 from Arlo Technologies on my credit card.

I haven't owned an Arlo device in nearly 3 years. Is this a scam???

Most likely is that a third party got a hold of your card info.

 

No matter how it happened, the card is compromised.  I suggest

  • contacting your bank, dispute the charge, and ask for a new card
  • change the passwords on any accounts that had the payment method stored.

One of the mods - @BrookeN , @JamesC , @ShayneS - will create a support request on your behalf.  But don't wait for Arlo - contact your bank and change the passwords right away.

I have reached out to support regarding the charges you received, support will be reaching out to you as soon as possible. However, I do suggest reaching out to your financial institution, as these charges are generally from a compromised card.
