Rules not responding

I have been using Arlo with 3 cameras.  Using my iMac or iPhone, i cannot get access to Rules.  I keeps on saying getting status... What should I do?

You could try a different browser or log out and back into the Arlo server. If it's the app that giving you problems on the phone, try the loggin thang or remove/reinstall the app to see if that helps.

I tried all that already but nothing is working

There seems to have been some issues with iOS9 - by any chance have you updated to that?

Yes, I did upgrade to iOS 9

Based on comments here, I'd believe that iOS9 has caused the problem. A workaround could be to use the browser from the mobile devices until an app update is released.

I restored my phone and everything works now

Restored how? Revert to iOS8 or do a phone reset back to factory?
