Is anyone else finding that they loose remote access to your cameras if you don’t buy a subscription from the pop up add?

It’s been happening to me about every 2 weeks for the last 3-4 months. I have to shut the hub off and reboot it. This is a problem because it always happens when I’m away and can’t fix it so the cameras a useless!

Also, is there a support number to call?

One workaround is to install a smart plug on the base station power to remotely power cycle the base while away.
