Can we have info on this most recent base station firmware update.........and PLEASE can this be an automatically posted information for the users to see following the updates?

Those of you who are having issues receiving the update, who is your ISP and what are your upload/download speeds? Poor internet speeds could be the cause of the issue.

I also have not been able to get the Base Station firmware to update. I have tried all the suggestins of turning off and back on. I have even removed the device, reset it and started from scratch. I have gone thru the steps to manually install the firmware, but when I go to Device Info > firmware I get "No updates available" with both the base stations and cameras.
Both of my base stations have 1.7.3_5005 and all four of the Arlo cameras have 1.2.4941. I know there have been updates since I boutght the system in September.
Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated.
