So if I have about 1.5 Mbts upload speed with my ISP and one camera is recording AND my wife is on face book AND streaming something on TV, that would hinder the arlo camera recording right? Specially if a second camera starts to record???

Your tv streaming and facebook should be using your download speed and generally should not interfere with the Arlo cameras. The upload speed is very important for live viewing of the cameras and when the cameras are recording videos to the cloud. 1.5mbs is about the minimum upload speed for the Arlo cameras and your live view may be choppy or take a long time to connect. You might want to contact your ISP about upgrading to a better speed if the cameras are not performing properly for you.
