Refurb Camera will not update.

I have tried every suggestion I've read and this camera will not update.  I left it alone for two weeks, trying every two days to update it contines to fail. Motion detection works and I can see a picture when doing the video test but I keep getting the "Upgrade failed - Camera rejected upgrade request".  Is there a way to force an update or make the camera ingnore the request otherwise it's unless.

Not that I know of. Open a case with support since it's not normal.

This could occur due to poor signal strength or low battery level when the update is being attempted. Consider a fresh set of batteries and (temporarily) locate the camera close to the base station to be sure it has good signal strength.

 

Do you still experience the same behavior?

I have tried all of that.  It has been right next to the base station and tried three sets of batteries.  Still no update.
