Recordings have sound and still picture but no video when camera activates

Recently our recordings have sound and a still picture, but no video. So the camera detects movement and starts recording, but we just get a still picture of what's happening when the camera activates. The sound continues for the duration of the recording, but there's no video...just the initial still picture. All of the cameras are doing this.  Any ideas?

When you say it has sound and a still picture only, are you saying the video is not moving at all? Have you tried rebooting your Base Station to see if that helps?
