Problem with batteries from camera. Not working properly.

I am having serious customer service problems..... people just dont answer and I have a terrible problem with the batteries fo the camaras.... equipment have not worked as expected and no attention to my problems.   Any suggestion about where and how to make more formal claims as it is quite difficult the support system
