Recordings Only Show Still S2hot

Motion is detected, camera is recording, but all I see is a still shot when I play the video back.

I know it’s recording because my wife has a linked account on her phone and videos are playing fine for her.

This all started when I had to redownload the app. We’ve tried resetting our system and I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app. Nothing fixed it.

Have you tried to clear your cache and test again? It seems like something may be happening with your phone.

It was the phone, once I updated my phone everything is working correctly.
