There was a noise and I checked the camera. The movement wasn't logged into the history. Is it because I was currently viewing the camera? Is there a setting to change that? I need a history regardless if I'm viewing the camera or not. Its an essential pan tilt indoor camera and is set on arm away mode.

It should record if it detects motion while livestreaming.

 

Did you see the movement in the field of view?

Or did you mean that you moved the camera when checking it.  Moving the camera won't trigger a recording.
