Recording not appearing for Pro 2 but I see it for Ultra. Checked filter and app and web.

i have two Arlo systems at home Pro2 and an Ultra in the office.  I can access both via the one App.  Currently i can see recordings from the Ultra but not the Pro 2.  Previously i had been able to see both.  

 

When i go to Library, Filter, Device - Any. The list only shows the cameras from the Ultra and not the cameras from the Pro2.  Previously i  coudl see a lits of all the cameras.

 

Have tried deleting the app and reinstalling, as well as the desktop version.  Still no luck.  Thanks

Try removing and resyncing the cameras.
