Recording freeze and won't playback

I have 5 Arlo wire free cameras and currently live playback works fine but all recording either manual or remote activated won't play back. Each clip starts to play but freezes after 1 second. This applies to all cameras. If I download the clip they playback on my iPad but won't play in the app. I have rebooted the hub etc but no joy. Any ideas?

Try reinstalling the app.
