My system is the VMS 3300 HD. I think that’s the Pro 2 but the manual doesn’t say. I bought it at Sam’s. 3 wireless cameras and the Netgear interface. My cameras don’t record the first few seconds of an event, so I sometimes see the back of someone’s head instead of their face. Does anyone have a similar problem, or better yet, a solution? Thanks for your time and help.

The VMS3300 is the original wireless camera system where the batteries are 4 RC123.
Your problem is likely due to camera positioning and/or motion sensitivity. Read the FAQs here in the support section on best camera positioning as well as how to change settings in your modes and rules. The camera view generally should be limited to only the area of real concern, not the street or sky and motion should be across the FOV, not directly at the camera. It may also be useful to increase the motion sensitivity in the camera rules (Mode selection, click on your base and edit the active mode - all rules would be in there). Be sure to save as you back out.
