Hello All.

So i just wanted to Know if i can use recharable batteeries in my Arlo?  It is not the Arlo Pro......

although I'm in Canada, I can partially answer your question.

Yes, you can use rechargeable batteries in your Arlo.  Netgear has certified to Tenergy 3.7 rechargeables (the gold color ones).

However others have reported these are not available in Australia (yet?).

Different readers have reported various experiences with other brands.

Don't think anyone in Australia has reported a sucess story yet.

Well thank you...I was just wondering.. I know they are 123 lithium.. but wasn't sure if i could use the rechargeable one... Thank you for your time.Smiley Happy

For those that are wondering which batteries and charger to get(approved by NETGEAR) - you will want the Tenergy 3.7V RCR123A Li-ion Battery Charger 

 

You can buy the batteries and charger separate as well.

from what others have posted, the Tenergys are not available in Ozland
