I installed new rechargeable batteries in one of my basic arlo model VMC3030 cameras. The camera seems to be working fine, but the battery low indicator is still showing 1%. I checked the battery voltages and all read about 3.7VDC. I checked a fresh cr123 lithium battery and the voltage read 3.5VDC. Can you please tell me what is my problem?

Sounds like your using the wrong rechargeables....

they should be listed at 3.7v and be li-ion .  When fully charged they actually read 4.2volt

An OEM battery is list at 3v but if new reads 3.2v

also watch how you install
