a bit back someone in australia posted this.  may help:

I have had success with purchasing Tenergy batteries and charger in Australia.

Go to a site called Ubuy.com. I have paid and had delivered the Tenergy charger and Batteries No Problems getting them here.

I have charged them and are now using  them. They seem to work great, the battery's indicator shows full.

Cheers

Thanks Manfredz Prodigy

Unfortunately the tenergy charger available on ubuy.co.nz needs a power converter as well as it is desgined for US power sockets.

So not too sure whether they will work efficiently.

Any other options - is this option viable for arlo cameras? Are they safe to use?

a power converter should have no effect on the charging process.

In one cam I use these Nitecore batteries, they work just fine.  But you'll still need a charger. The Nitecore i4 is 100-250V 50/60 Hz so you'd just need appropriate power plug, But the Tenergy with power converter would also work with Nitecore batteries
