Recently sold Arlo cam set. New user cannot connect cam. I can still see videos when I open app?

Hi,

I recently sold my arlo cam set. The new user can't connect the cams. When I open the arlo app I can still see the vids. What can I do to disconnect my account from it?

You have to remove all the devices, Base and Cams from your account so they can add them to their account.
