Receiving Notifications With No videos

I receive alerts that camera is motion activated but the library has no video. All batteries are fresh and Wifi signal is good.

whats wrong?

Have you tried to reboot your base station & test again? Are the videos missing from the Web Portal or the Arlo Mobile App?
