I accidently hit the deactivate button on my android phone when I wanted to restart it, now all my cameras are shut down. What do I need to do to reactivate it? do I have to do a reinstall or set up from just like the beginning with a new system?

Try using the Add Device button on the Cameras tab and add the base. Not sure if that's all you need to do or if resyncing will be needed, too. Worst case, remove all devices in Settings, use the reset button on the base and start fresh. Make notes of settings and modes/rules/schedule before doing that.
