Will it become available? And when and if so under what conditions? I.e. Will it be available on the no subscription case?

I am on Arlo Smart Premier plan (1 month trial) and on Android 8.1.0. I have smart notifications enabled for all my cameras and I have all the types of smart notifications enabled.
I get email allerts, with no screenshot, from all cameras and I get notifications on the app from all cameras but again no screenshot.
Obviously the feature is not working. Therefore, please advise as your product is essentially unusable!

The engineering team is investigating the issue with pictures missing from email. With that said, you should be receiving rich notifications through your push notifications. I tested this with an Android phone & you have to press the drop down arrow for the picture to populate.

@JessicaP - any update on this? You can see how many people this is impacting. I would think this would be given some priority.
