RMA replacement camera being shipped to wrong location and support can't do anything?

Hi,

 

I had a defective camera and Arlo customer service asked me to ship the defective camera to them so that they can send out a replacement.  I sent the defective camera to Arlo in Memphis and they received the camera on 03/31/19.  Per the RMA a new camera was shipped to me on 04/01 and a fedex tracking number was updated on the RMA page.  When I checked the tracking number on fedex site, it displays that the package is going from Chicago, IL to Memphis, TN.  I called customer service again and I have been told that the package has been shipped and there is nothing that they can do.  Now, I neither have my old camera nor the new one and on top of that I spent $15 to send the camera to you!!  Can someone from Arlo help me here?
