I'm trying to connect ONE camera (purchased in 2015) to my router. Previously I had 5 cameras connected to a hub. Currently, none of the cameras, nor the hub are connected to the router. Everything is unplugged. I have disconnected the camera from the hub on the app and I'm trying to now connect that ONE directly to my router. I have tried everything the instructions suggest including granting permission to the app to my camera, making sure I'm connected to the proper router type, trying different angles and brightness for the QR Code, taking a screenshot of the QR Code and trying to scan that, and nothing is working. Any suggestions?

What camera model is this???  The VMC3030 uses 4 CR123 batteries - is that what you mean?

The only Arlo camera that was sold in 2015 that could connect to your home wifi was the Arlo Q (VMC3040).  Not a VMC3030.
