Is anyone else having issues with the latest Arlo Update? I have the basic battery powered cameras from 2016 time frame. Right now, I am getting alarms with no motion captured on video. I can go out and walk in front of cameras waving my arms and will receive NO alarms! I have adjusted the sensitivity and this has not helped. Thank you for your insights.

Update: Previously I would receive an alarm with no motion, the videos were showing nothing causing the motion detection. Now, as motion is detected (me testing the cameras), I am receiving failure to load notices, "There was an issue loading feed events. Try again." Of course, the video never loads. I believe things may be getting better. (?) Stay tuned.

Update #2: The videos did finally load. Now, I am walking in front of the cameras and they are no longer alarming. Looks like things are getting worse again. 😞

Update #3 I have to stand if front of the cameras waving my hands before the cameras finally notice me.🙄 I can walk up to my back door, look inside and walk away with no alarm. The camera is only 12 feet away from the door steps. The camera won't trigger until I am within about 5 feet and waving my arms. This is sad.

Final update for today:
I hope someone at Arlo is working the weekend.
I performed two additional tests with the cameras at 95% motion detection sensitivity. I walked up to the cameras from 20 feet away, pausing at 5 foot increments and used my hands to count to ten to determine when the cameras noticed me. I repeated the test until I was within 5 feet of the cameras. Both cameras did NOT notice me until I was within 5 feet. The performance of this product has be reduced dramatically. I have never seen this before.
I sure hope someone is working on an update to this June update. (2026)

Day 2: The day has started off with 6 alarms with absolutely no movement found on the Feed playbacks.

Typically when my wife goes out to water the potted plants, we will get an alarm when we have forgotten to turn off the system. Not since the June update. Today, she was probably within 6 or 7 feet of the camera. Why has the performance of arlo camera become so poor? There is no doubt that something has severely affected our camera performance and the only thing that has happened was the June app update.
