Promo code for 10% off

Was ready to pre-order Arlo Pro 5 and accessories. Signed up for newsletter and received the 10% promo code expiring on Dec 2. Try to check out but guess what, promo code is INVALID. Automated chat is of no help (to be honest pretty useless)

Anyone know how to solve this?

This is likely because it excludes accessories. Let me know if that helps.
