No response from support about stuck order

I have an order stuck in delivery. I’ve been trying to contact support for weeks now. By phone they tell you it’s only technical support. Chat function always says “no agents available” and via email I get no response.

I’ve paid 200eu for I product I’m afraid I’ll never see.

 

The support really sucks, I hope soneone from Arlo sees this post, since I am desperate at the moment.
