Problem with the Android version of the app?

My wife is not able to login to our Arlo account and cameras. She has an android phone. I can login with her credentials on my iPhone and in a web browser. I cannot login to my account with my credentials on her phone. Any one else having issues with the android app?

Have you tried to uninstall the app and reinstall the app on the android device? Also, are you both on the same app version?
