Hi,
Just bought a new set of arlo couple of days ago.
After firmware update, the camera seems to be not working..
It shows that there is problem connecting to the media server.
Please advice.

Since you're just getting started, remove all devices in Settings and use the reset button on the base to perform a factory reset. Open and close battery doors. Now use the Add Device button on the Cameras tab to add the base and then sync the cameras. This is a brute force method but may be faster than multiple other steps to accomplish the same thing.

Yes still experiencing the problem despite full reset. Bought the product but was not able to use it. Disappointed.

If you're still in the store's return policy, try swapping it. Otherwise, create a trouble ticket for possible RMA.
