Problem connecting the base station (Model VMB4500) even with the light being solid blue

When I’m trying to reconnect the base station to the app after deleting it, the base station is unable to be detected even with the light being solid blue. Any tips for a fix?

Assuming you're on your home network and not cell service, hold the reset button until the LED flashes amber. Let the base reboot and try again. ALso, try a different device and/or computer web browser.

Thank you for the advise, we did your recommendation and worked for a little while, and now the problem it’s back, it’s in my iPhone, can’t log in until several times, some times work some time not , http status code to ‘(null)’ in orange strip

While it sounds more like an Internet connection problem, I'd suggest using the Contact Support link at the bottom here. They may have solutions we don't.
