Hi,

I have 1 VMC3030 camera that was left behind by previous owner.

What do I need to do to make it work?  I only have the camera and is in good shape.

Thanks!

If the camera was located somewhere not easily accessible then it was likely abandoned when the previous owner took the rest of the equipment away.

The equipment is locked to the previous owners account so is likely not reusable by a new owner until they remove it from their account.

You would also need a arlo Base station to connect the camera to.

FWIW, you could contact the previous owner to see if he still has the Base station and if he doesn’t intend to reuse it. Likely still sitting in a removalist’s box in the garage. Don’t forget the Ethernet cable, base power adapter and battery charger if he kept them.
