Arlo Camera stolen, proof: still registered in the App

Last night I saw that the Arlo Camera of my parents in law is no further mounted. It is still registered in the login, but it says batteries might need replacement (or so). Looking at the place where the camera should be its gone. As I have the serial number the question now is whether thies Camera has been returned for repair or even activated additionally (unallowed) at a new place. Can someone help me on that ?
