I am using 3 phones for presence to arm the cameras this has been working fine until recently.
When I check geofencing in enabled devices it shows them out of zone which should trigger the cameras to arm. Is anyone else having this issue. Thanks

Richya,

 

Consider refreshing your enabled devices within the Geofencing settings. Disable all listed devices, Save, and then enable all the devices and try again.

 

Also be sure to leave the app running on your mobile devices to allow Geofencing to update location. Geofencing will not work if the app is not logged in and running.
