I've been off line for a couple months.ive spent the last two weeks trying to renew my subscription with no luck.they keep denying my debit card.i spent two hours on hold with their automated system asking me every ten minutes did my conversation with their representative helped and my response was always no because I never even got to speak to anyone.i sent them a message yesterday morning and still have not gotten a response 😡
