I was going to Arlo support site and a pop up chat showed asking me what my problem was -  they asked me to click on a link FixMeIT.Client then someone called me and wanted money $199. to fix my network for my cameras not working properly. I said I would call back and they assured me it wasn't a scam but I know it was...I deleted the download and wanted to make sure Arlo consumers are aware of this SCAM. They are very convincing.

Even on basic level ( free), the tech support is free for 3 months

You've been taken in by maybe Googling a contact rather than using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.  It's happened before.
