Please Wait for 3 days, rebooted, changed password, nothing is working.  Netgear base station Model vmb3000. Serial Number4N7165789DA7D,Serial Number4N71657H9D1E3,Serial Number4N7165749CD82, Serial Number4N71657E9D645.  videos frozen from 3 days ago.  Please HELP
