Playback just shows a blank screen

Hi my cameras work and record when motion. However when I playback the recording it’s just a black screen. Rebooted and no success.
Using an iPhone with IOS v12 - could that be a problem ?

yes, iOS 12x has caused issues...until fixed try a browser at https://arlo.netgear.com/

 

It's a good way to make sure the system is working and where the issue lies
